Masuaku and Cresswell seem to have found a new lease of life now that they can play where they are strong, so Fornals has taken up a more central role picking up Cresswell's lobs out of defence.
That's not a combination easy to play against - happy days!

I've got to apologise to Fornals after that performance yesterday. Never doubted his work ethic or the way he plays with a smile on his face but felt we needed to see more end product for his efforts.
Did just that yesterday. If that piece of control had been Messi sky would have been lapping it up for weeks! Hope he keeps going with his development.

Fornals is coming along nicely. Unlike a lot of Pellers buys, he's full of passion and determination. I could see him becoming a fan favourite.
I keep watching that goal because the way he calmly controls that skyed ball and then scores is amazing.

Despite just the 3 signings it seems like to are beginning to see 'Moye's team' Still, let's see if we keep progressing. Everton still rankles though, so while throwing cup games the best we can ever hope for is say 8th place finish in a rented bowl. Excuse me for not getting too excited.

Excellent all-round performance. But for me, Ogbonna at the back was my motm just edging Antonio who was also really good again.Coufal looks like he is a good addition. Not getting carried away just yet although it certainly looks like every player knows what their jobs are and are happy with what they are being asked to do. Within the system we are playing I am a little concerned that it is not well supported by the bench. Not that we don't, in theory, have some reasonable players on the bench but that they are there because they are not so good in the system Moyes is now employing. I think that in part explains his reluctance to use subs other than at the death.

Anderson,Haller and Lanzini(who I perhaps feel for a bit as he's not the first to be fucked by a very serious injury)are nowhere near a place in the lineup on today's perforformance they been given countless opportunities to make their mark but have been pretty much fucking useless.
I've said my piece on Lanzini,Anderson has talent but would rather be laying about in a hammock skinning up,
Haller has shown absolutely fuck all in every game he's played absolutely fucking shit.
I don't buy into all these fucking pricks that say he's not used to playing this fucking system or that.fuck off he's a 40 million quid striker there's the ball and that's the goal score loads end of.
Don't get the ball near the goal and fall over and fuck it up.
They should be ashamed but the pair of them don't know fuck all about British pride and don't give a flying fuck.

That is the shocking thing, we have actually bossed the last two games, no smash and grab, no sitting back on the edge of our box for last 20 minutes shitting ourselves, we were still pressing from the front with 5 minutes to go.
It doesnt feel very West Ham to be honest.

There were so many positives about that performance today. I’m loving the work rate and the attitude. It’s also lovely to have Anderson, Haller, Lanzini and Yarmolenko on the bench looking on and seeing where hard work and desire can get you. Antonio is light years ahead of Haller as a front man.
The touch from Fornals to bring the ball out of the sky was world class.
